This service is typically for a situational in-depth consultation and fractional support, such as an employee relations situation, employee complaint investigation, employment termination, employee performance management/disciplinary action, or employee leave of absence request. I will provide you direct consultative support, HR tools and materials, regulatory information and references, as well as hands-on support if requested (e.g. investigation interviews, written warning/performance improvement plan documentation, ADA interactive process communications, etc.)

Min 1-hour upfront payment. Completed consulting hours invoiced weekly until services are completed.
